The project was stopped politically when the design was completed and submitted at all planning levels. The zoning change was voted down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Value for the customer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parallel planning processes, in terms of zoning with extended impact assessment and technical plans, are intended to save the developer time and be able to obtain a commissioning permit (IG) more quickly, so the risk is on the developer if this cannot be approved in zoning before technical approval can be granted and before IG can be granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summary of the engineering process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of zoning plan with EIA addendum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical plans for VVA and LARK<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>130 daa changed to Data centre business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 70 model updates for collaborative model-based design using Trimble Connect and Autodesk Construction Cloud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with approx. 10 disciplines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close project follow-up every week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 ICE meetings with target achievement in MMI 400<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel processes zoning and technical plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Re-regulation of existing area plan.
